Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Institutional Sales)

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, or Accounting.

Experience & Additional Requirements:

Experience in institutional sales or marketing is highly preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.

Basic understanding of accounting principles is essential.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email communication, and overall computer literacy.

Must be enthusiastic, proactive, punctual, honest, and hardworking.

Own Android smartphone and laptop are mandatory.

Must be willing to use an official SIM card for all client communications (provided upon selection).

Job Context:

This position plays a critical role in expanding Swosti Ltd.'s market reach through institutional sales. The role demands regular cold-calling, client visits, product presentations, and digital promotions. You will introduce software products to potential customers, follow up on leads, close sales, and collect feedback to enhance service quality. The job requires both indoor and outdoor client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate regular cold calls to new and prospective clients.

Visit client offices to present and demonstrate software products.

Conduct product and competitor analysis to prepare proposals.

Execute promotional campaigns via email, phone, WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, SMS, and other digital channels.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and convert interest into sales.

Maintain relationships with clients and collect feedback on product experience.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
