Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Power, or any relevant discipline from a government-approved institute.
Must have a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or 2nd division/class or equivalent in all academic records.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the FMCG, manufacturing, or dairy industry.
Proficient in production operations, especially canned sweet processing and development of sweet variants.
Basic operational knowledge of machines, tools, and equipment used in dairy/food processing.
Familiarity with hygiene protocols, sanitation procedures, and food safety standards.
Understanding of ISO, GMP, CCP, SOP frameworks.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Operate continuous flow or vat-type equipment for milk, cream, and dairy product processing according to formulas and procedures.
Connect and manage piping systems, assemble mechanical parts, and prepare equipment for operation.
Handle cleaning, sterilization, and sanitization processes of vats and pipelines using sterilizing solutions and rinse cycles.
Operate centrifuges, homogenizers, pasteurizers, and filtration units to separate cream, homogenize milk, and remove impurities.
Control steam and refrigerant systems for temperature regulation in pasteurization and cooling processes.
Monitor and record key operational data like temperature, pressure, volume, and processing time.
Mix ingredients (e.g., skim milk, SMP, FCMP, stabilizers, cocoa) as per formulations for different dairy products such as buttermilk, chocolate milk, etc.
Ensure product testing during multiple processing stages to maintain quality and consistency.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and safeguarding policies to protect team members from any harm or abuse.
Promote a culture of safety, respect, and compliance within the workplace.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Proactively ensure the safety and dignity of all team members and stakeholders.
Act as a point of support and awareness for BRAC’s safeguarding initiatives.
Report any incident following BRAC’s safeguarding policy and encourage a culture of transparency and accountability.
