We are currently hiring for the role of Officer – Case Work, who will support the implementation of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) case management activities as part of the Rohingya Refugee Response. The role focuses on providing confidential and survivor-centered support to GBV survivors and those at risk, ensuring high-quality services aligned with international case management standards and principles.
Identify, register, and assess GBV survivors and individuals at risk, providing direct support and appropriate referrals.
Deliver case management services with a focus on safety, confidentiality, respect, and non-discrimination.
Use standardized case management tools and maintain strict data protection protocols.
Provide psychosocial support to survivors and their families, ensuring regular follow-up and care plans.
Work closely with health, legal, psychosocial, and protection service providers to support survivors’ recovery.
Document and track case progress using appropriate systems, and report regularly to the supervisor.
Participate in internal and external GBV coordination meetings, trainings, and capacity-building sessions.
Uphold Save the Children’s safeguarding and anti-harassment policies in all actions and decisions.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Development Studies, or a related field.
At least 2 years of practical experience in GBV programming, particularly case management.
Prior experience in working with refugees or humanitarian contexts is a strong advantage.
In-depth technical knowledge of GBV, child protection, and community-based interventions.
Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-cultural teams and under high-pressure, emergency conditions.
