About the Career Hub Project:

BRAC Career Hub is a one-stop career development centre that bridges the gap between education and employment. It equips students, fresh graduates, and jobseekers with employable skills, career counseling, and access to employment opportunities through workshops, seminars, and industry linkages. The platform places a special focus on supporting underserved youth, women, persons with disabilities, and marginalized communities.

Job Purpose:

As an Activation Officer, you will play a key role in driving youth engagement, building strategic partnerships with universities and stakeholders, and promoting BRAC Career Hub services across your assigned region. You will be responsible for coordinating events, onboarding participants, and ensuring maximum outreach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus activations, info sessions, and recruitment campaigns.

Drive youth registration through personalized outreach, follow-ups, and awareness activities.

Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for registered youth and ensure participant readiness.

Maintain regular communication with participants to boost retention and engagement.

Provide orientation to offline participants about Career Hub procedures and available services.

Collect, organize, and update CVs and profiles in collaboration with the central database team.

Develop and maintain relationships with university departments, career centers, and student organizations.

Design and execute joint initiatives with academic institutions to promote career readiness.

Recruit, train, and manage campus ambassadors and volunteers, ensuring alignment with Career Hub goals.

Track and evaluate ambassador performance and event success through regular reporting.

Cover assigned 8–10 districts to ensure consistent visibility and lead generation for Career Hub services.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

Ensure the protection and dignity of all programme participants and staff, especially from any form of abuse, neglect, or exploitation including SEA (Sexual Exploitation and Abuse).

Promote and uphold safeguarding standards in all professional activities and interactions.

Actively follow and encourage the safeguarding reporting procedures in case of any incidents.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or Business Administration (BBA) from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements:

1–2 years of relevant experience in youth engagement, event coordination, university collaboration, or educational/career development programs.

Internships or voluntary experiences in similar roles will also be considered.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Passion for youth development, education, and social change.

Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with basic data tracking tools is a plus.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts.

Team player with ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
