Position - Transport & Vehicle Monitoring Officer

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in group of companies, transport services, food & beverage industries is preferred.

Freshers with strong skills and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Age Requirement

Age must be between 26 to 32 years.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure proper issuance of diesel requisition slips based on kilometers run, and record in logbooks and registers for each shift.

Maintain hired vehicle records and verify associated documentation.

Manage challan preparation and vehicle dispatching processes.

Record and track company and hired vehicle area postings using Excel-based software.

Generate required reports as per management’s request.

Ensure timely vehicle posting in Oracle system for challan generation.

Support vehicle tracking, monitoring, and reporting to enhance transportation efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working knowledge of Oracle Database systems.

Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Familiarity with transportation management systems and vehicle tracking tools.

Ability to work independently and in a team with a strong sense of responsibility.
