Educational Requirements:

Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience in a related field such as:

Group of Companies

Plastic/Polymer Industry

Sanitary Ware

Tiles/Ceramic

Steel Industry

Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote Akij Ceramics Tiles to prospective clients including architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail store owners.

Conduct door-to-door sales visits, focusing particularly on Individual Home Builders (IHBs) and residential customers.

Set up and maintain eye-catching product displays in retail outlets.

Collaborate with sales executives and managers to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Identify potential sales areas or under-served markets ("gap areas") and proactively pursue new customer leads.

Ensure stock availability of display and promotional items at retail points.

Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns.

Frequently travel to developing zones and rural areas to build brand presence and discover untapped opportunities.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Confidence in brand promotion and client engagement.

Knowledge in retail sales and tiles/ceramic product marketing.

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.

Ability to support supply chain and delivery coordination.
