Position: Assistant Manager – Network Development (Renewable Energy Division)

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

MBA will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in trade marketing and/or dealer network development.

Prior experience in the energy, electronics, or FMCG sectors will be highly preferred.

Strong practical knowledge in retail campaigns, branding, and dealer channel management.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing:

Plan and implement trade marketing strategies to drive sales of EcoFlow and GoodWe solar products across retail and distribution channels.

Design and manage in-store branding, POS displays, and promotional materials.

Coordinate dealer incentive programs, visibility campaigns, and seasonal promotions.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing activities with business goals.

Monitor campaign effectiveness and deliver ROI-based insights and recommendations.

Channel Development:

Identify, onboard, and manage new dealers, resellers, and distribution partners in key regions.

Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent business growth.

Provide regular product training, pricing updates, and sales guidance to channel stakeholders.

Conduct field visits to assess partner performance and address operational issues.

Develop and implement channel-specific sales plans to improve partner profitability and long-term engagement.
