Position: Executive – Packaging Material Inventory

Educational Requirements:

BBA in any discipline, or

B.Sc. in Industrial and Production Engineering from a reputed institute

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory or materials management

Training on Inventory Management will be an added advantage

Age must be below or equal to 35 years

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast material needs

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to coordinate with multiple departments

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials to ensure uninterrupted production flow

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of materials

Analyze consumption patterns and prepare monthly material requirement plans

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for packaging material handling, storage, and distribution

Ensure proper implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the store area
