Position: Tender Sales Executive – Electronic Products

Job Location: Dhaka (Bashundhara R/A)

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 to 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred industries:

Light & Heavy Engineering Manufacturing

Computer Hardware/Networking

Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Electric Cable/Wire Companies

HVAC Systems

Group of Companies

Additional Requirements:

Age: Minimum 22 years

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in tender sales, especially in the electrical or cable industry

Strong understanding of e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) systems and government procurement guidelines

Hands-on experience in manual tender submission processes (document preparation, bid security, etc.)

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

Capable of developing competitive financial and technical proposals

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Responsibilities:

We are hiring a Tender Sales Executive to manage both e-GP and manual tender processes for a wide range of electronic products such as ACs, lifts, refrigerators, televisions, home and kitchen appliances, and electrical cables.

Key Duties:

Identify government and private tender opportunities through:

e-GP Portal: www.eprocure.gov.bd

Newspapers and official government websites

Prepare and submit both electronic and manual tender documents following PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 regulations

Manage the full process of manual tenders: collecting documents, preparing files, and attending bid openings

Coordinate with technical and finance teams to prepare strong, competitive proposals

Build and sustain good relationships with government officials, private clients, and vendors

Handle price negotiations and finalize contract terms

Keep up-to-date with procurement regulations, industry trends, and competitor activities
