Position: Territory Sales Officer – Renewable Energy Division (Hybrid Solar Inverter Business)

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), or any related field.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, especially in:
FMCG Manufacturing
Electronic Equipment / Home Appliances
Group of Companies
Automobile Industry
Power Sector
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in field sales is an added advantage.
Familiarity with dealer networks and working in rural or semi-urban markets will be considered a plus.
Must be able to ride a motorcycle and hold a valid driving license.
1. Sales Execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Visit dealers, retailers, and project clients to promote renewable energy products.
Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and customer inquiries to convert them into sales.
2. Dealer Support & Relationship Management
Provide assistance to existing dealers with product knowledge, display arrangement, and price communication.
Monitor dealer inventory and assist with restocking.
Handle general complaints from dealers or customers and escalate complex issues to the Territory Manager.
3. Market Development
Identify potential new sales outlets and micro-dealers in untapped areas.
Conduct field visits to increase awareness and generate new leads.
Collect competitor insights including pricing, promotional campaigns, and dealer strategies.
4. Promotional Activities
Take part in local marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and mini-exhibitions.
Distribute leaflets, banners, posters, and other promotional materials in key locations.
5. Operational Support & Reporting
Maintain daily visit records and report on customer interactions.
Collect customer feedback, contact information, and level of interest.
Submit timely reports to the Territory or Area Manager.
