Educational Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Spinning Factory operations.

Previous experience in the textile industry is essential.

Additional Requirements:

Maximum age: 37 years

Proficient in computer applications and technical documentation

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the electrical maintenance team and oversee operational activities related to process and utility machinery in a spinning factory producing 130 tons/day.

Design and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to reduce machine downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

Enhance the technical competency of both management and non-management staff in electrical and electronics systems, enabling quicker issue resolution.

Manage spare parts inventory effectively to ensure optimal cost-efficiency and continuous availability.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machine operation and maintenance.
