Position: Customer Support Executive (Male/Female)

Organization: PaikariGhor (E-commerce – Skin & Hair Care Products)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Nikunja, Dhaka
Working Hours: 6 to 9 hours per day (shift-based), operational 24/7

Minimum Qualifications

Education: HSC or Equivalent

Experience:

1–2 years in E-commerce, F-commerce, or Startup environments preferred

Freshers are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

Age: Minimum 18 years

Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome; male applicants will be given preference

Candidates residing in or near Khilkhet-Nikunja will be preferred due to location convenience

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and provide accurate product and service information

Guide customers with product usage, availability, and order-related queries

Execute outbound telemarketing campaigns and promotional communication

Maintain and update client database with call logs and feedback

Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction

Ensure timely follow-ups and problem resolution to maintain quality service

Contribute to achieving daily/weekly sales and service targets

Support in the smooth operation of the call center environment

Work at office (Nikunja, Dhaka).

Salary

10,000 - 14,000 BDT
