Position: Senior Officer – Accounts & Finance

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from a reputed public or private university.

Completion of CA (CC) from a recognized Chartered Accountancy firm will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Accounts and Finance operations.

Practical experience with ERP systems is mandatory (preference given to those familiar with Odoo ERP).

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze the organization's financial status with high attention to accuracy and detail.

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.

Conduct cost analysis and generate reports for internal management and stakeholders.

Apply expertise in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and IAS (International Accounting Standards).

Manage and ensure compliance with Bangladesh's Tax and VAT regulations.

Assist in the formulation and implementation of finance and accounting policies in line with national laws and internal guidelines.

Contribute to business planning and financial forecasting activities.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations and audits.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Strong command over accounting principles and financial reporting.

Hands-on expertise in ERP software; prior experience with Odoo will be a plus.

Proficient in English communication—both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
