Assistant Teacher - High School

Position: Subject Teacher (Multiple Positions)

Location: Narsingdi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Monthly Gross Salary: BDT 21,000

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor (Honours) and Master’s degree in relevant subjects from any public university.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of practical teaching experience.

Experience in school-level education is preferred.

Age: 25 to 35 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom sessions effectively and maintain student engagement.

Prepare lesson plans, syllabi, and teaching materials in line with the curriculum.

Set question papers, evaluate answer scripts, and provide feedback.

Guide and mentor students for their overall mental and academic development.

Actively participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Fluent in standard Bangla, especially when communicating with students.

Strong classroom management and coordination skills.

Ability to motivate and encourage students.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Familiarity with new curriculum methods and teaching practices.

Computer literacy is essential.

Interest in engaging students beyond academics.
