Square Denims Limited, a sister concern of the prestigious Square Textiles Division, is one of the leading denim manufacturers in Bangladesh. We are currently looking for skilled, motivated, and result-oriented professionals to join our engineering team in the following role:

Educational Requirements:

Executive Position: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any recognized university.

Officer Position: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering roles, preferably in industrial or factory settings.

Additional Requirements:

Age must be 30 years or below.

Candidates should have sound knowledge of machine installation, operation, and maintenance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process deficiencies and implement solutions.

Should be capable of working in a team-based, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of industrial projects, including process planning, machine erection, and commissioning.

Ensure the proper functioning of machinery and equipment through ongoing operation, maintenance, and repair oversight.

Monitor and analyze machine performance and output, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Collaborate with the technical team to resolve mechanical issues and enhance production effectiveness.
