Educational Requirements:

Executive Position: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from a recognized university.

Officer Position: Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from a reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Additional Requirements:

Age must be 30 years or below.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, maintenance procedures, and industrial safety standards.

Hands-on experience in repairing Electrical PCBs, inverters, and electronic control systems will be a strong advantage.

Must be proactive, technically sound, and able to work independently and in teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on denim production machinery including Dyeing, Sizing, Finishing, Warping, and Weaving units to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Supervise the installation and commissioning of new machinery and verify that all electrical connections and systems meet required standards.

Enforce electrical safety standards by conducting safety training, ensuring the use of PPE, and adhering to SOPs.

Diagnose and repair issues related to electrical PCBs, inverters, and other electronics to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal plant performance.
