Educational Requirements

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, or Business Administration.

Graduates from IBA (University of Dhaka), North South University, BRAC University, Independent University, or Jahangirnagar University will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably in the handicraft or eco-friendly product sector.

Age must be 40 years or below.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms.

Ability to identify new business opportunities and take initiative.

Experience in obtaining business legal entities, licenses, rewards, and regulatory clearances from authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

Conduct thorough market research to explore new trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities in the eco-friendly and handicraft product market.

Create and oversee action plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.

Build and expand a strong client base by engaging with retailers, wholesalers, and individual customers.

Lead online and offline promotional campaigns, including social media marketing, digital advertising, and participation in trade shows and exhibitions.

Manage B2B and B2C sales channels to ensure consistent growth.

Establish and maintain long-term client relationships.

Liaise with various market outlets and business platforms to maintain presence and visibility.

Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely product delivery and consistency in quality.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to guide future business decisions.
