Educational Requirements:

Minimum Graduation from any UGC-approved university (local or reputed foreign university).

Graduates from Chinese universities will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) for verbal communication is mandatory.

Certification in Chinese language will be considered a strong advantage.

Excellent command of English and Bengali (both spoken and written).

Must have access to and good networking within the local Chinese community in Bangladesh.

Applicants must be Bangladeshi nationals.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between Prime Bank and Chinese clients.

Understand client needs and coordinate with relevant internal departments.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with Chinese business clients to ensure client retention.

Communicate effectively in Chinese, English, and Bengali, and assist in translating/interpreting business communications and documents.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and refer to appropriate teams.
