Position: Relationship Officer – Liability (HNW Segment)

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

Prior experience in Banks or Leasing institutions is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

Age: Minimum 24 years.

Proven experience working with High Net Worth (HNW) clients.

Target-driven and result-oriented.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Must be a team player with a proactive attitude.

Job Responsibilities

Develop new deposit/liability business from both retail and corporate customer segments.

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential HNW clients.

Achieve set sales targets for deposit and liability products.

Ensure excellent customer service and touch-point experience across all interactions.

Enhance customer retention through quality relationship management and service excellence.

Build affiliations with HNW individuals, institutions, corporate offices, clubs, and chambers.

Promote brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and business development events.

Coordinate with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

Position Level:

Assistant Executive to Assistant Manager (based on experience and qualifications)
