Position Overview:

We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented Investment Manager to lead our investment team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in portfolio management, in-depth market knowledge, and a proven track record of driving investment strategies that deliver superior returns. As a key member of the leadership team, you will contribute directly to shaping the future of our investment division and reinforcing our position in the financial services sector.

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO), IFIC Investment Ltd.

Educational Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institution.

Professional certifications such as CFA, CMT, or an equivalent designation will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in investment management, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

Demonstrated success in portfolio management, investment research, and strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement investment strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.

Perform detailed market research and financial analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Create and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and performance evaluations.

Execute buy/sell decisions based on strategic insight and risk assessment to optimize portfolio returns.

Regularly present performance reports, market forecasts, and investment insights to the CEO.

Manage client and proprietary investment portfolios, ensuring compliance with relevant mandates and regulatory guidelines.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and institutional investors.

Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all operations are aligned with industry regulations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Thorough understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory frameworks

Experience with portfolio optimization and performance reporting
