Previous experience in branch operations or managerial roles in the banking sector will be an asset
Oversee all aspects of branch operations and management
Ensure achievement of business and sales targets
Organize and support promotional campaigns, client presentations, and marketing events
Manage operational costs efficiently and focus on enhancing branch profitability
Conduct pre-screening of loan applications to maintain portfolio quality
Deliver high-quality customer service and foster long-term client relationships
Maintain strong internal controls to ensure a satisfactory audit rating
Ensure strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and the bank’s compliance policies
