Must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Computer literate, capable of working with online platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Bank Representative, you will be an official EBL employee assigned to manage and operate agent banking outlets, which are independently owned by bank-appointed agents under Bangladesh Bank regulations. You will be responsible for:

Monitoring and supervising day-to-day operations of the agent outlet

Acquiring new customers and enhancing relationships with existing clients

Implementing sales strategies to grow agent banking business

Ensuring data accuracy for MIS and internal record-keeping

Managing outlet activities to drive sustainable business performance

Guiding and monitoring agent staff to ensure efficiency and compliance
