Position: Cash Officer (Trainee Officer / Officer (G-1) / Officer (G-2))
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Educational Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s/Honors degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Candidates with 3rd division/class in any examination are discouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements:

At least 2–3 years of experience in the Cash Section of a scheduled bank.

Additional Requirements:

Age must not exceed 35 years as of application date.

Must be computer literate.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.

Must be smart, a team player, and possess a positive, can-do attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling cash, cheque, and bill receipts and payments efficiently.

Ensuring smooth customer service and interaction at the counter.

Preparing CTR (Cash Transaction Report) and STR (Suspicious Transaction Report) in compliance with BFIU guidelines.

Maintaining internal control and compliance as per instructions from Bangladesh Bank and ONE Bank Head Office.

Following and completing all functional checklists – daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

Meeting assigned KPI targets including deposits, new accounts, credit cards, and loans.

Actively promoting and advising customers on bank products and services.

Workplace:

Work at office (Branch level or designated locations)
