Educational Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in any discipline from a recognized and reputed university in Bangladesh.

Minimum CGPA of 4.00 out of 5.00 in both SSC & HSC, and 2.50 out of 4.00 at the graduation level.

No third division/class or equivalent is accepted at any level.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of overall experience in the banking sector.

At least 5 years of experience specifically as a Branch Manager.

The applicant’s last position must be no more than one grade lower than the position being applied for.

Additional Criteria:

Must be a Bangladeshi citizen.

Age must not exceed 45 years as of June 30, 2025.

Candidates must be willing to work in any branch of the bank across Bangladesh.

Departmental candidates may apply, provided they meet all stated requirements.

Candidates must be ready to face written and viva examinations as part of the selection process.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary and other facilities will be aligned with the bank’s existing pay structure for the respective position.

Initial appointment will be on probation for 1 year. Upon successful completion, confirmation will follow.

The probation period may be extended if deemed necessary by the authority.
