Position: Web Developer

Job Location: Motijheel, Dhaka

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

Experience Requirements:

3 to 4 years of relevant experience

Prior experience in one or more of the following industries will be preferred:

Development Agencies

Real Estate Companies

Property Development Firms

Additional Requirements:

Age: Between 21 to 40 years

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks

Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or custom-built content management systems

Sound knowledge of SEO best practices for on-page optimization

Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in collaboration with cross-functional teams, especially design and marketing

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain company websites and landing pages

Ensure websites are mobile-responsive and optimized for performance and SEO

Troubleshoot technical issues, update website features, and perform regular maintenance

Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to implement visual and content updates

Set up and manage web analytics and tracking tools for user behavior and performance monitoring
