Requirements

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree (Honors) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related discipline.

Proven work experience in relevant fields is required.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within an e-commerce company, outsourcing firm, software/IT company, or marketing agency.

Additional Qualifications:

Strong understanding of brand marketing principles and adherence to brand guidelines.

Hands-on experience in digital media buying, email marketing, organic SEO, ASO, and data-driven reporting.

Proficient in English and Bangla communication, both verbal and written.

Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.

Excellent time management, team collaboration, and multitasking skills.

Solid background in preparing technical and business reports.

Job Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and achieving strategic marketing objectives through SEO and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement both on-page and off-page SEO best practices.

Develop and optimize SEO-friendly content, update existing content, and identify new content opportunities to boost organic rankings.

Plan, manage, and execute email marketing and paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

Monitor and analyze performance using tools such as:

Google Analytics

Google Search Console

Firebase

Google Tag Manager

Meta Pixel

LinkedIn Insights

Adjust, AppsFlyer, CleverTap, WebEngage, HubSpot, Zapier, Hootsuite

Conduct audience and competitor research to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, product development, and leadership to align campaigns with business goals.

Optimize product pages, category pages, and conversion funnels for enhanced performance on e-commerce platforms.

Stay informed on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools to keep strategies competitive.

Enhance local SEO efforts, including optimization of Google My Business listings and geo-targeted keyword strategies.
