Position: Junior IT Assistant

Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (Friday off)
Gender: Male only

Educational Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline (Preferred: CSE or IT background)

Experience Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in the IT sector is preferred

Freshers with strong motivation and learning mindset are encouraged to apply

Experience in any of the following sectors will be considered a plus:

Design/Printing/Publishing

IT Enabled Services (ITES)

BPO/Data Entry

PR Firms, Embassies, Consulates

Web Media/Blog, Startups, B2B software services

Automobile or Chamber of Commerce sectors

Age Requirement:

20 to 35 years

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, edit, and manage digital documents using MS Office

Assist with routine IT and administrative support tasks

Coordinate with multiple departments for database management and documentation

Learn and support basic web tasks, IT tools, and digital systems (training provided)

Organize and manage both digital and physical files for internal use

Support tasks like resume formatting, client data verification, and record maintenance

Demonstrate sincerity, punctuality, and enthusiasm for learning

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Interest or basic knowledge in IT and digital platforms

Ability to coordinate with internal teams and maintain good public relations

Good written communication and report writing skills

Basic understanding of customer relations and IT support
