Position: Software Engineering Manager

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from a recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on software development experience in a software company.

At least 4+ years of experience leading software development teams, preferably in a global or multinational setup.

Strong technical background with 8+ years in C#/.NET and expert-level knowledge of SQL.

Proficiency in agile development methodologies, software build/release processes, and test automation.

Familiarity with Snowflake (preferred) and US healthcare industry standards (preferred).

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead our development and QA teams. The ideal candidate will drive product delivery, ensure technical quality, mentor talent, and collaborate with global counterparts to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical direction across the full software development lifecycle.

Oversee and review solution architectures in alignment with system design goals and technologies like Snowflake and Azure.

Collaborate with developers and QA teams to align business requirements with technical implementation.

Guide complex decision-making, ensure adherence to best engineering practices including CI/CD, modular design, and automation.

Maintain clear project timelines and ensure timely progress tracking.

Set performance goals, coach team members, and manage performance issues proactively.

Recruit and train new team members while nurturing a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Drive engagement, motivation, and retention through recognition and professional development.

Ensure compliance with internal standards and project requirements.

Skills & Expertise:

Leadership in agile software development

C#/.NET expertise

SQL and database design

Cloud technologies (preferably Azure)

Snowflake (preferred)

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Team management and mentoring
