Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in any relevant field.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the IT industry.

Outstanding verbal presentation skills to effectively promote innovative products.

Excellent communication skills to earn customer trust and build strong relationships.

Proven track record of independently managing sales and marketing activities.

Strong understanding of emerging business models and the ability to promote them confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person product presentations and demonstrations

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies

Drive team efforts to achieve or exceed sales and marketing targets

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs

Regularly report on sales performance and marketing outcomes

Continuously monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Salary & Compensation:

Base Salary: BDT 60,000/month

Performance-Based Incentives:

Potential to earn up to BDT 100,000/month for exceptional performance
