Senior Executive, Business (Development)

Position: Executive – Distribution Sales (Head Office)

Educational Requirements:

Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 3 to 4 years of total sales experience.

At least 1 year of experience working in the back-office of a Sales Team, preferably at the Head Office level.

Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or lifestyle product companies is highly preferred.

Additional Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare and present insightful sales reports.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with sales applications or CRM tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Senior Manager, Distribution Sales in identifying market gaps and designing effective distribution strategies.

Assist the field team in setting up Sales Offices and Distribution Points to ensure market coverage and operational readiness.

Perform route and market analysis to track sales growth and identify areas for improvement.

Communicate route-specific insights to help realign service strategies based on market potential.

Conduct field visits, collect feedback from distributors and retailers, and collaborate to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.

Coordinate with the ICT Department to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Sales App, based on user feedback from the sales team.

Maintain and regularly update the nationwide database of outlets, routes, distributors, SRs, TSOs, and SOs in accordance with company policies.

Monitor and review performance of distributors and sales team members against key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with company goals.

Assist in organizing sales meetings, trainings, and conferences, and communicate team training needs to the Sales Training Manager.

Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.
