Technician/Operator, (PPS)

Position: Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Dhamrai, Dhaka
Gender: Male Only

Educational Requirements:

SSC or HSC (Candidates with relevant trade course certification will be given preference)

Experience Requirements:

2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in maintenance roles

Prior experience in a group of companies, food packaging, or beverage industry is preferred

Age Limit:

Must be between 22 to 35 years

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure continuous operation

Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues effectively

Manage and execute mold changeover tasks

Reduce machine downtime and improve equipment reliability

Increase overall machine productivity and efficiency

Assist in new machine installation and commissioning

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational standards on the production floor

Skills & Expertise:

Injection molding machine operation & maintenance

Troubleshooting mechanical issues

Machine efficiency optimization

Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
