Territory Sales Executive - Mobile

A leading company in the mobile industry is looking for a proactive and dynamic Territory Sales Executive (TSE) to join its expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strong market presence, and ensuring successful distribution management in the assigned territory.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant sales or marketing role, preferably in the mobile industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Age Limit

Candidates must be aged between 25 to 32 years.

Additional Requirements

Strong understanding of the mobile phone industry, competitors, and market dynamics.

Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies in an assigned area.

Skilled in establishing and managing an effective distribution network aligned with company goals.

Capable of efficient credit management to ensure maximum return from distributors.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand retail sales in the assigned zone.

Identify local market opportunities and challenges to enhance market penetration.

Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to meet individual and group sales targets.

Provide product training, sales support, and coordination with distributor teams as per company sales policy.

Conduct regular market analysis, including monitoring competitor activities and aligning strategies accordingly.

Achieve monthly sales and collection targets with minimal default risk.

Work closely with the Area Sales Manager to formulate marketing and sales policies under company guidelines.

Ensure proper product availability and SKU placement in retail shops as per company standards.

Implement POSM (Point of Sale Materials) distribution plans as instructed.

Submit regular reports on sales performance, collections, and distributor/retailer updates.
