Territory Sales Engineer – Thermax Bangladesh (Mechanical/Electrical)

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEngg) or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements:

3 to 6 years of relevant work experience

Age Limit:

25 to 35 years

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve annual sales targets as per the business plan for the assigned territory

Ensure market coverage across different geographical and industrial segments, and analyze key market trends

Monitor lead generation to maintain a healthy enquiry pipeline for meeting sales goals

Understand customer needs and identify upgrade/improvement opportunities in existing plants

Evaluate tenders/inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to propose the best customized solutions

Attend sales meetings and lead negotiations with clients

Track and report sales and marketing activities on a periodic basis

Analyze won and lost orders, implement learnings, and follow best practices

Engage in techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, and EPC contractors for business development in the assigned region

Monitor competitors’ strategies and develop countermeasures

Actively contribute to building the Thermax brand and corporate image

Build and maintain a comprehensive and active customer database

Manage and nurture relationships with large corporate clients and business groups

Collaborate with other divisions or regions to maximize cross-selling opportunities

Explore new applications and promote first-of-a-kind (FOAK) products for business development

Attend service calls and perform troubleshooting when needed
