Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:

14 to 25 years of relevant experience in the garment industry.

Age: 37 to 50 years

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of Knit Garments production.

Proven experience in managing cut & sew knitwear production lines (10–12 lines).

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.

Good command of spoken and written English is preferred.

Expertise in CM (Cost of Making) calculation, product costing, and price negotiation with suppliers.

Ability to recruit, supervise, and manage the entire factory workforce.

Capable of handling bulk production challenges, implementing strategic policies, and ensuring timely execution of orders and on-time shipments.

Experience in working with international buyers like LPP, Pepco, M&S, JC Penny, New Yorker, Tesco, Jack & Jones, Zara (Inditex), Matalan, Tommy Hilfiger, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage overall operations of a 10–12 line export-oriented knitwear factory (cut & sew unit only).

Coordinate across all departments including production, administration, supply chain, and quality assurance.

Take full ownership of factory operations, ensuring production targets and shipment deadlines are met.

Monitor and solve any production issues during the bulk manufacturing process.

Implement strategic policies and directives from top management.

Ensure efficient follow-up with outsourced facilities for knitting, dyeing, printing, trims, and accessories.

Maintain strong communication with buyers and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
