Position: Regional Sales Manager – Dairy Division

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a UGC-recognized university

Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Marketing or Business Studies

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in:

FMCG Manufacturing

Dairy Industry

Beverage Sector

Group of Companies

Age Requirement:

36 to 45 years

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute aggressive and goal-oriented sales strategies tailored to the dairy segment and aligned with company-wide business goals

Lead, supervise, and mentor regional sales teams to achieve both individual and team KPIs

Identify and capitalize on new market expansion opportunities, grow distribution networks, and increase brand visibility across the assigned region

Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers by understanding their needs and offering effective dairy product solutions

Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure smooth execution of regional campaigns and product launches

Engage in regular market visits, training sessions, and strategic planning meetings to stay aligned with the latest industry trends and customer demands

Drive a culture of performance, accountability, collaboration, and customer focus among sales team members

Maintain expert-level knowledge of UHT Milk, Powder Milk, and other FMCG dairy products to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Monitor competitor movements, market trends, and sales data, delivering insightful reports and actionable strategies to senior management

Represent the company professionally in client interactions, distributor events, trade shows, and relevant industry gatherings

Required Skills & Expertise:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Deep knowledge of FMCG and dairy sector sales

Practical understanding of milk powder, UHT milk, and similar product lines

Strategic mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
