Salary: BDT 100,000 per month
Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Social Sciences, Community Development, or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in community development or related work.
Oversee and support the implementation of the SASA! Together methodology among community leaders, local activists, and institutional partners.
Conduct training sessions using the SASA! Together training modules.
Monitor and assess sessions conducted by trained leaders and activists to evaluate community progress.
Tailor SASA! Together tools and resources to fit the local context.
Support data collection using KoBoToolbox and other tools through FGDs, surveys, and community consultations.
Work closely with community figures to prevent Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and promote gender equality.
Organize workshops and capacity-building programs focused on institutional GBV prevention and risk mitigation.
Uphold and implement safeguarding standards in all program activities.
Promote inclusion of women, youth, and gender-diverse populations.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support effective program delivery.
Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports on project activities and progress.
Maintain accurate records of sessions, community trackers, training evaluations, and assessments.
Collaborate with the M&E team to ensure quality data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Draft donor and internal reports in line with organizational standards.
Ensure all documentation aligns with ethical and safeguarding principles.
Promote smooth coordination among team members and departments.
Act as the main point of contact for project communications and updates.
Maintain effective relationships with community leaders, activists, and other stakeholders.
Liaise with CiCs, site management, and relevant service providers to enhance GBV prevention efforts.
Represent the organization at meetings with donors and partners, providing project updates.
Supervise volunteers and Camp Associate Officers, ensuring their responsibilities are met effectively.
Offer guidance, coaching, and capacity-building support to team members.
Identify performance gaps and arrange orientation or refresher sessions.
Provide constructive feedback and performance monitoring to encourage team growth.
Demonstrate and promote Feminist Leadership Principles in everyday work and team collaboration.
Cultivate a work culture rooted in equity, inclusion, and anti-racism practices.
