Position: Investment Manager (Mid-Level Leadership Role)

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented professional to lead our Investment Management Team. This mid-level leadership position requires strong analytical skills, deep financial market knowledge, and the ability to drive forward-looking investment strategies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing portfolio returns, managing risks, and helping to grow the firm’s influence and position in the investment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement investment strategies in line with the company’s objectives to ensure optimal portfolio performance.

Conduct thorough market research, risk analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic investment decisions.

Identify and evaluate investment opportunities through detailed data-driven insights.

Execute buy/sell decisions to maximize returns within the company’s risk tolerance and regulatory framework.

Prepare and present investment reports, performance updates, and market outlooks to the CEO for informed decision-making.

Oversee both proprietary and client investment portfolios while ensuring strict compliance with mandates and regulatory requirements.

Engage regularly with clients, investors, and stakeholders to communicate investment strategies, performance updates, and market insights.

Work collaboratively with legal and compliance departments to ensure full regulatory compliance of all investment activities.

Educational Requirements:

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.

Professional certifications such as CFA, CMT, or an equivalent qualification are preferred.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in investment management.

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within investment/portfolio management.

Proven track record in portfolio growth, strategic investment decisions, and client satisfaction.
