Educational Requirements:

Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized Public or Private University.

Candidates with a Master’s in Marketing will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:

Maximum age: 32 years (as of the last date of application).

Minimum height: 5 feet 6 inches.

Must own a motorcycle with a valid driving license.

Willingness to relocate anywhere in Bangladesh as per company policy.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must be proficient in using online software tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Work in alignment with the company’s sales and distribution goals.

Be proactive in managing field-level operations.

Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills in assigned areas.

Be open to periodic transfers across the country in line with company policies.

Compensation:

During probation period: BDT 24,000/month

After confirmation: BDT 26,000/month
