Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), MBM, or Diploma in Business Studies from a recognized institution.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in any of the following sectors:
Immigration/Visa Processing
Travel or Transport Services
Call Center
Educational Consultancy
Note: Prior experience in immigration consultancy is highly preferred.
Age: Between 25 to 50 years
Must be well-versed in visa application processes for work, travel, and other categories
Familiar with immigration laws, embassy procedures, and visa policy updates
Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali (spoken & written)
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client files efficiently
Professional, courteous, and empathetic approach when handling clients
Able to offer solutions for rejected or complex cases
Guide clients through visa application procedures
Ensure accurate documentation and timely submissions
Stay updated on immigration rules and procedural changes
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration offices
Provide one-on-one counseling and pre-departure support
Follow up with clients about application statuses and next steps
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client records
Suggest customized solutions for challenging cases
