Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality, Marketing, or any relevant discipline preferred
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or client handling, ideally in the travel or hospitality industry
Experience with travel booking systems like Amadeus or Sabre will be considered an advantage
Applicants must be between 18 to 23 years of age
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, ticketing, and visa requirements
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
Confidence in handling client inquiries, complaints, and offering effective solutions
Ability to upsell travel packages and related services
Fluency in English and Bangla
Passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer service
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work flexible hours, including during peak travel seasons
Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset
Manage and respond to client queries about flights, packages, and visa information
Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings efficiently
Offer personalized travel advice based on client preferences
Maintain accurate records and follow up on bookings
Promote and upsell company’s services and packages
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships
