Job Overview:

The UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) team at the British High Commission in Dhaka is seeking a Visa Outreach Officer (VOO). This role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to contribute to the promotion and understanding of the UK’s visa services.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote awareness of the UK’s visa offerings, especially in areas like tourism, education, and investment.

Deliver regionally relevant customer and stakeholder communication.

Support high-profile and high-value visa applications.

Engage with government and institutional partners to enhance their understanding of UK visa categories.

Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at Visa Application Centres (VACs).

Gather and report customer feedback and market insights to UKVI teams.

Identify opportunities for service improvements and innovation in the visa process.

Represent the UKVI team with a positive, friendly, and proactive approach.

Eligibility Requirements:

Due to the nature of the role and the handling of sensitive information, applicants must be nationals or dual citizens of one of the following countries:
