Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Preference will be given to candidates with a science background at the SSC level.
8 to 12 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in sales and team management.
Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
Strong computer proficiency, along with excellent organizational, time-management, and planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and influence key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Capable of building and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
Lead and supervise the sales team within the assigned region to ensure achievement of sales targets.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance productivity and sales performance.
Monitor sales activities, review individual performance, and take corrective actions as needed.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product strategies and sales planning.
Ensure effective utilization of sales resources and ensure compliance with company policies and goals.
Maintain strong and lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and partners in the assigned area.
