Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years of professional experience.

Preferred industry experience includes:

Banking

Telecommunications

Software Companies

IT Enabled Services (ITES)

Financial Technology (Fintech) Startups

Required Skills & Expertise

Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as OBIEE, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Advanced knowledge of SQL and strong analytical abilities.

Programming skills in PL/SQL, Python, or Java.

Basic understanding of statistics and data modeling.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders.

Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Hands-on experience in campaign analytics, report automation, and audit support.

Job Responsibilities

Use advanced analytics and automation techniques to create insightful reports and dashboards that support key business decisions.

Enhance and streamline data procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data quality; maintain documentation of best practices.

Generate customized reports by analyzing data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.

Understand marketing and business logic to segment customers for campaigns aimed at retention, reactivation, and acquisition.

Automate and maintain reporting systems using OBIEE, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery to stakeholders.

Design and manage data marts, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure performance, scalability, and alignment with BI goals.

Provide accurate commission data to Commercial and Finance teams; uphold consistency in reporting standards.

Promote self-service BI by offering training, creating user guides, and supporting teams in accessing and analyzing data independently.
