Job Requirements

Education:

Diploma in Computer

Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

Experience:

Up to 4 years of experience

Candidates with experience in the following sectors will be preferred: Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories

Freshers are also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements:

Minimum age: 25 years

Job Responsibilities & Context

Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues within the company.

Must have practical experience with network cabling, routing, and switching.

Responsible for installing, implementing, and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.

Experience managing Wi-Fi devices, printers, CCTV systems, and attendance devices is required.

Must have a clear understanding of IP networks and data communication.

Maintain inventory of IT equipment and spare parts, along with proper documentation of system configurations and standards.

Ability to work under pressure and handle challenges effectively.
