Senior Staff Nurse

Position: Staff Nurse (Male Only)

Educational Requirements:

B.Sc in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery

Must be recognized by the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC)

Valid BNMC Registration is mandatory

Additional Requirements:

Age between 21 to 30 years

Strong communication skills in English

Computer literacy is essential

Prior experience in a similar role in a recognized hospital will be considered an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver complete and quality nursing care to patients

Ensure timely and professional care for newly admitted patients

Attend to ill patients with attention to safety, hygiene, and well-being

Play a proactive role in identifying health concerns and assisting in treatment plans

Provide patient education, guidance, and counseling where necessary

Accompany consultants during rounds and accurately implement their instructions

Maintain medical records, monitor vital signs, and ensure medication is administered correctly
