Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines:

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in sales and trade marketing.
Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care industries is highly preferred.
Lead and supervise daily sales operations and trade marketing initiatives within the assigned region.
Establish and strengthen business relationships with traders, distributors, and customers.
Forecast market demand and work toward achieving sales targets and business objectives.
Ensure consistent growth in market share and brand visibility.
Approve and validate potential new market opportunities and distributor appointments.
Ensure 100% numeric coverage and maximum weighted distribution across all channels.
Identify underperforming distributors, propose corrective actions, and oversee necessary changes in appointments or terminations.
Manage product damage control per distributor, analyze root causes, and coordinate with Sales Head, Accounts, and Sales Admin for resolution.
Continuously monitor market data, including competitor analysis and performance insights.
Monitor distributor credit limits and promote cash-based transactions.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance individual and team performance.
Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry, particularly in toiletries and home care products.
Expertise in sales forecasting, trade marketing, distribution channel management, and team development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Office-based role with frequent field visits across regions.
