To expand and strengthen our existing team, we are seeking a qualified and dedicated professional for the role of Security Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide security policies and procedures

Plan and oversee daily and event-based security operations

Deploy security personnel strategically based on risk evaluations

Manage both in-house and third-party security teams

Monitor and evaluate the performance of guards and contracted vendors

Investigate security incidents and ensure proper reporting and documentation

Lead crisis response and emergency management activities

Supervise the installation and maintenance of CCTV, alarm systems, and access controls

Ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory safety standards

Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency service agencies

Prepare and manage the security budget and ensure efficient use of resources

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

5 to 7 years of experience in security management within corporate or industrial settings

Experience working in pharmaceutical or medical companies is preferred

Proven track record in leading internal security teams and managing external vendors

Educational/Professional Background:

Retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) from the Armed Forces

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Effective communication skills in both English and Bangla

Physically fit and able to supervise field-level operations

Willingness to travel across company locations when necessary
