Senior Manager Role: Fully qualified candidates with ACCA, CA, or CIMA certification are encouraged to apply.
Manager Role: Candidates who are partially qualified in ACCA/CA or have an MBA/Postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputed institution are eligible, provided they have a strong academic track record.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a well-regarded organization.
Experience in ERP system implementation or working within an ERP environment will be a strong advantage.
Proven proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Ability to work independently, show creativity in problem-solving, and perform well under pressure.
Assist senior management in fulfilling due diligence requirements for finance and grant providers.
Coordinate and support the annual budgeting and planning processes of the university.
Prepare quarterly financial reports and estimates, including variance analysis at both departmental and institutional levels.
Provide detailed analysis of financial performance across Schools, Departments, and Centers, delivering insightful commentary.
Support in generating ad-hoc financial reports for senior leadership, the Finance Committee, and the Board of Trustees.
Collaborate with other Finance and Leadership Team (FLT) members as needed.
Serve as a backup for fellow FLT members during their absence.
