Position: Sales & Relationship Officer

Workplace: Office-based with frequent field visits

Educational Requirements:

Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution

Additional Requirements:

Age between 26 to 32 years

Must be smart, energetic, polite, and well-mannered

Clear voice and strong communication skills (without strong regional dialect)

Well-groomed with a pleasant and approachable personality

Proactive in networking and relationship building

Emotionally mature, composed, and patient

A team player with a self-driven attitude

Motorbike driving skills will be considered an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Visit individual and corporate clients to promote and sell the bank’s financial products

Achieve individual sales and collection targets set by the management

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders

Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Assist in strategic planning for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Prepare short- and long-term sales forecasts as part of marketing initiatives

Conduct market analysis to assess competitors and discover new opportunities

Perform regular field visits to identify and acquire prospective clients

Skills & Expertise:

Strong interpersonal and convincing ability

Extroverted and confident in customer-facing roles

Quick learner with problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and hardworking

Must be adaptable and able to handle target-oriented tasks

Motorbike riding ability is preferred
