Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is mandatory.
MBA preferred.
Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or CIMA will be considered a strong advantage.
5 to 8 years of progressive experience in financial roles.
Prior work experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry will be preferred.
Solid understanding of costing, pricing strategies, and regulatory frameworks within the pharma sector.
Strong business acumen and knowledge of market dynamics.
High proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and performance metrics tracking.
Ability to present complex financial data in a simplified way for non-financial stakeholders.
Advanced command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP platforms.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and ROI.
Act as a financial business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams for strategic initiatives, promotions, and channel performance reviews.
Monitor cost structures, track spending patterns, and provide actionable insights to enhance cost management.
Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate new product launches, capacity expansions, R&D investments, and margin improvement projects.
Analyze and report on the ROI of promotional activities and field force productivity.
Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to assess pricing strategy and positioning.
Lead the preparation and analysis of budget forecasts, variance reports, and long-term financial planning.
Track key performance metrics including gross margin, EBITDA, working capital, and product-wise profitability.
Support inventory control, supply chain optimization, and other operational finance processes.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements during audits and financial reporting.
